Will Ski 4 Food - Snowbasin Season Pass Giveaway

OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Sponsor - The Will Ski 4 Food Snowbasin Season Pass Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Will Ski 4 Food Film LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility - The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Will Ski 4 Food Film LLC are not eligible to participate.  Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period - The giveaway begins October 23, 2026, and ends November 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.  Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter - To enter, complete the official entry form.  Each entrant must provide their name and a valid email address.  Limit one entry per person.  No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing tickets to a Will Ski 4 Food screening, following social media accounts, liking posts, commenting, or sharing content does not increase the chances of winning.  Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize
One winner will receive:
One (1) Snowbasin Resort 2026/2027 Adult Value Season Pass.
The prize is provided in the form of an official Snowbasin Resort gift certificate.

According to the certificate:
* The certificate must be redeemed at Snowbasin’s Meadow Pavilion.
* The recipient may pay the difference to upgrade to a Premier Season Pass.
* The certificate expires at the end of the 2026/2027 winter season.
* The certificate may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred.
* The certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward other products.
* Snowbasin reserves the right to void the certificate at its discretion.

No cash alternative will be offered.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with using the prize, including transportation, lodging, equipment, and optional upgrades.

6. Winner Selection - One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.  The drawing will take place on or about November 2, 2026.  The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification - The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.  The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize.  If the potential winner does not respond within the specified period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.  The winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete applicable prize-acceptance or tax documentation before receiving the prize.

8. Prize Delivery - The winner will receive instructions for obtaining the original Snowbasin Resort gift certificate.  The certificate must be redeemed according to Snowbasin Resort’s requirements.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired certificates after delivery to the winner.

9. Publicity - By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial, and city/state of residence in connection with the giveaway, where permitted by law.  Any additional use of the winner’s name, photograph, or likeness will require the winner’s consent.

10. Privacy - Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prize.  Entrants may separately choose to receive news about Will Ski 4 Food screenings, merchandise, and future events.  Agreeing to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter or win.  Personal information will be handled according to Sponsor’s privacy policy

11. General Conditions - Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or involve fraud, tampering, or other improper conduct.  Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or administration of the promotion, subject to applicable law.  Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or entries that are lost, incomplete, or not received.

12. Social Media Disclaimer - This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.  Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility for the administration of this promotion.

13. Snowbasin Resort Disclaimer - The prize consists of an official Snowbasin Resort gift certificate provided in connection with Will Ski 4 Food.  Snowbasin Resort is not responsible for administering the drawing, selecting the winner, or collecting giveaway entries.  All pass privileges, restrictions, and redemption requirements are subject to Snowbasin Resort’s terms and conditions.
